Order Pickup Instructions

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order.  You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.  We have heard that these messages sometimes go to Spam folders, so please check there if you haven't heard from us in 2-4 days.  After you receive the confirmation email, please pickup your purchase as soon as possible, as we have limited space to store Book Cellar purchases.  Thank you!

In-Person Pickup : How it Works

• Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, go to the upper circulation desk at the Mt. Lebanon Public Library during their open hours
• Monday - Thursday : 9am-9pm
• Friday - Saturday : 9am-5pm
• Sunday : 1pm-5pm
• Let the library staff know that you are there to pick-up a Book Cellar purchase.

• The library staff will work with you to schedule a time for you to pick up your order in the upper vestibule. 
• Upon arriving, look for bag(s) labeled with your last name and first initial (we do this to maintain privacy).
• Grab your bag and go.
