Order Pickup Instructions

 Pickup Instructions for Orders

  • Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order.  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
    • We have heard that these messages sometimes go to Spam folders, so please check there if you haven't heard from us in 2-4 days.
    • Orders may take slightly longer to fulfil during holidays/library closures.
  • After you receive the confirmation email, go to the circulation desk on the upper level of the Mt. Lebanon Public Library during their open hours and let them know you have a Book Cellar order.   As we have limited space to store Book Cellar purchases, please pick-up your order as soon as possible. 

The library is open for in-person pickups at the upper circulation desk during the following hours:

  • Monday - Thursday : 9am - 9pm
  • Friday - Saturday : 9am - 5pm
  • Sunday : 1pm - 5pm

    2024 Mum Sale pre-sale orders can be picked up on Saturday, September 7th between 10a-1:30pm at the Mt. Lebanon Public Library.
